Tradelink Acquires Stake in Systech On-Line

(4 March 2002, HONG KONG) Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited ("Tradelink") announced its acquisition of a 10% stake in Systech On-Line Limited, a local company specialises in IT consulting and project management, system architecture and application development, e-Commerce Total solutions, and packaged software applications.

Systech On-Line Limited is now owned by Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited and Systech Century Group.

Systech On-Line was established by doctorate degree professionals and is striving to be the market leader in the areas of IT consulting, system architecture and design, and custom software development. As a total Internet solution provider, Systech On-Line aims to assist clients in navigating through IT issues and opportunities, and to create lasting value.
