Tradelink and KAZ Sign Agreement to Form
KAZ Computer Services Company in Hong Kong

(16 April 2002, HONG KONG) Tradelink and Australian-based IT solutions provider, KAZ Group Limited (KAZ) signed an agreement on 12 April 2002, announcing their joint venture to form a new company, KAZ Computer Services Hongkong Limited (KAZ HK).

Under the agreement, Tradelink holds a 25% equity in the new company which will offer IT outsourcing services. Tradelink has also signed an eight-year outsourcing service agreement worth in excess of HK$60 million with KAZ. The agreement includes the provision of data centre and support desk services to Tradelink and its subsidiary company.

Mr Justin Yue, Tradelink CEO, said, "We are delighted to be involved with KAZ and its growth in the region. We have worked with KAZ for a year now and are impressed with their delivery model, high service levels and expertise. We see significant opportunity in the Hong Kong market for a company which offers the service model that KAZ provides; consequently we are very pleased to be able to take an equity position in KAZ Computer Services Hongkong Limited."

KAZ HK will deliver to clients in Hong Kong and the region the full service business model that has been developed by KAZ over the past 10 years. This includes offering selective outsourced services at a fixed price, delivered to the highest standard with service level agreements cooperatively developed and tailored for each client.
