Non-executive Director Mr. CHAK Hubert

Mr. CHAK Hubert, was appointed a Director on 21 October 2002. On 2 April 2007, he joined Capital Strategic Investment Limited as its Chief Operating Officer, and on 1 June 2007, was appointed as its Executive Director. He was an Executive Director of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited and was also the Company Secretary and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions of PCCW Limited until February 2007. Prior to joining the Pacific Century group in 1999, he has worked for a number of international investment banks in Hong Kong and has more than 10 years' experience in corporate finance transactions in the region. He is a graduate of the University of Wales (now known as Cardiff University) in the United Kingdom and holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
