Chief Operations Officer Ms. CHUNG Shun Kwan, Emily

Ms. CHUNG Shun Kwan, Emily, is responsible for the management of our activities in the areas of marketing and sales, customer services, training and service centres. Since joining us in 1992, she has gained 14 years of experience in the e-commerce industry. Prior to joining us, she worked in the Government Secretariat of the Hong Kong Government for over 11 years. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Engineering.
