Tradelink customers are provided with a comprehensive,
bilingual Customer Service Hotline facility operates 16 hours
a day, from 7.00a.m. to 11.00p.m. daily, including public holidays.
The hotline number is 2917 8888.
An Automated Telephone System is available to
handle many of the most common customer requests, for example
checking the status of trade declaration, or requesting billing
information. Customers can also use this system to order various
service change forms or information bulletins, which are then
delivered automatically by fax.
Alternatively customers can speak directly to
a Customer Service Representative, who will be able to “talk
them through” common operational enquiries over the phone.
More complex problems will be referred to a technical support
team who will either call back promptly with a suggested solution,
or arrange an On-Site Technical Support visit.
