For requests for technical support that cannot
be handled over the telephone by our hotline staff, Tradelink
will provide on-site technical support service for our customers.
If the request for technical support is related
to Tradelink's system or software, the charge for on-site technical
support service will be waived. However, to ensure that we can
provide prompt response to customers who have immediate need for
technical support and the deliver our service in the best quality,
we reserve the right to charge HK$400 per visit if the problem
is found to stem from the customer's own fault in either equipment
or usage.
