On-Site Technical Support

For requests for technical support that cannot be handled over the telephone by our hotline staff, Tradelink will provide on-site technical support service for our customers.

If the request for technical support is related to Tradelink's system or software, the charge for on-site technical support service will be waived. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee per visit if the problem is found to stem from the customer's own fault in either equipment or usage.
