The Company promotes investor relations and communications with institutional and individual shareholders via meetings from time to time. To keep our shareholders abreast of our financial and business performance, the Company post press releases on financial results on the Company website as soon as announcements are made.

The Board is committed to providing clear and full financial and business performance information of the Company to shareholders. In addition to dispatching circulars, notices, financial reports to shareholders, the Company also makes available additional information to the shareholders through the “Investor Information” section on the Company website.

Shareholders are encouraged to attend annual general meetings for which at least 21 days’ notice is given. Directors and external auditors are available to answer questions on the Company’s business at these annual events.
