Registration
You must register as a Tradelink customer before
you can use Tradelink services.
To register, please download the registration
forms at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions for
registration. The forms must be submitted to Tradelink in hard
copy along with the signature of the registered authorizer and
any necessary supporting documents.
During registration, your company will be required
to complete and sign a Direct Debit Authorization Form, which
enables Tradelink to collect fees and charges by autopay from
a nominated bank account. Customers can also choose to settle
the fees and charges in a monthly or fortnightly basis.
Upon registration, your company will be issued
with a unique Customer ID, Mailbox ID and Password. The Customer
ID and Password enable you to connect to Tradelink's system while
the Personal ID-Cert enables your registered authorizer to sign
electronic transactions.
The registered authorizer must apply for the
Personal ID-Cert by completing the application form for Personal
ID-Cert.
It takes around 2 to 3 days to complete the registration
procedure if all the forms and documents are duly completed. We
will inform you the delivery arrangement of your Customer Kit
upon the completion of the registration process. At the same time,
Digi-Sign Certification Service Limited will contact each authorized
message signatory about the pick up arrangement of the Personal
ID-Cert(s).
Software Installation
The Customer Kit includes a set of Tradelink
software, an Installation Manual, a set of Company Profile Information
Sheet, an Activation Key and a set of User ID and Password for
accessing Tradelink-eBiz.com services.
The Installation Manual provides details of how
to install and set up your Tradelink software. You can either
follow the instruction or enroll in a Tradelink software installation
training course to install the software. You are recommended to
attend the training course to obtain hands-on experience about
the installation.

The Company Profile Information Sheet is your
record in Tradelink's database. You are reminded to verify that
all the details provided are correct.

The set of User ID and Password is for you to
access to
Tradelink-eBiz.com. You can check your latest billing
statement and transaction message status, access to Tradelink
Rewards Programmes and change your company information there.
Billing & Payment System
Once you become a Tradelink customer, Tradelink's
electronic billing system will assign an Account Limit (up to
70% of your deposit amount) and a Service Limit (100% of deposit
amount) to your account. For example, if your deposit amount is
HK$3,000, your Account Limit and Service Limit will be HK$2,100
and HK$3,000 respectively. If your Account Limit reaches the maximum
limit before the end of your assigned bill date, a statement will
be delivered to you and the payment will be settled by Direct
Debit within two working days automatically. You will be able
to continue to sign the electronic transactions.
However, if your Service Limit is fully utilized
before your payment is settled, you will not be able to continue
using our service. The subsequent transactions will be rejected
with an error message "The Service Limit has been Exceeded".
To reset your Service Limit, you have to settle the outstanding
payment by depositing the outstanding amount directly to Tradelink's
bank account. Please refer to the procedures on the page "Payments
prior to completion of the autopay arrangement" for details.
Change of your Mailbox' Password
For those customers using ValuNet Deluxe or LogiNet
Deluxe, you are recommended to change your password on a regular
basis with the following procedures:

Send a written notification with your company
letterhead and a proper authorized signature to Tradelink
requesting the change of your company's mailbox password.

Upon receipt of the written notification,
Tradelink will provide you a web address for you to change
your password online.

Connect to the web address, login to the
system with your Tradelink-eBiz.com password, and then change
your mailbox password accordingly.

Login to ValuNet Deluxe or LogiNet Deluxe
to change the mailbox password in the software.

Keep Us Updated
To ensure uninterrupted business operations,
please inform Tradelink your updated company information as soon
as possible.
It is important for you to inform Tradelink about
the changes of your company's registered authorizer, as his/her
approval is needed when your company wants to add or delete message
signatories. If the record of the authorizer has not yet been
updated, the electronic transaction signing request might not
be processed until Tradelink is able to verify the authenticity
of the new registered authorizer.
