Tradelink provides Premium Paper Trade Declaration
Service at 2 conveniently located post offices
Tradelink is pleased to announce that with effect
from 1 June 2010, the public can access the Premium Paper Trade
Declaration Service at the following conveniently located post
offices.

Service Pledge
For those Paper Trade Declarations submitted before 5:00pm on
Monday to Friday or 12:00 noon on Saturday, Tradelink will convert
them into electronic format for submission to the Government on
the same day.
Paper Trade Declarations submitted after the mentioned service
hours will be filed with the Government on the following working
day.
Service Fee
The service charge for each Paper Trade Declaration is HK$42.9.
This includes Paper Trade Declaration fee and charge for converting
data into electronic format for filing with the Government, but
do not include the Government import and export declaration charge,
late penalties or clothing levy.
Payment Method
Customers can pay by cash, EPS or company cheque. All cheques
should be made payable to "Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited".
