To contribute to the rapid economic development in China, Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited invested in Beijing JingJin Port International Logistics Co. Ltd. in June 2009, to develop Mafang Logistics Park in Pinggu, Beijing with the other shareholders which include: Tianjin LuGang Logistics Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of the Tianjin Port Group, Beijing Mafang Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd under Pinggu district government, and Beijing LuGang International Logistics Co. Ltd. under Beijing Holdings. The Park will provide a comprehensive range of electronic informative services for merchandise, retail, distribution, import/export trade, logistics and finance with the ultimate objective of accelerating the trade and logistics development of the Mafang Logistics Park.

Mafang Logistics Park Offers an Expeditious Customs Clearance Operation Model for Enterprises
Mafang Logistics Park situated at the inter-section of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, is set to be one of the important routes of the Beijing-Tianjin Development Corridor due to its strategic geographical location. As the most superior "waterless port" of the Tianjin Port at northern China, Mafang Logistics Park is expected to become an extension of Tianjin Port and Tianjin Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone in Beijing, speeding up the customs clearance and reducing the logistic cost for the Beijing enterprises. The goods to be off-loaded in Tianjin port can be cleared by Customs in Pinggu in a one-stop manner (one submission-one check point- one release). Import/export enterprises located in the eastern Beijing can use the Park as the cargo transit hub shortening their cargo transportation routes by 10%-25% in terms of distance as compared with the current route.

Enhancing Competitive Edge of Mafang with the Establishment of Type B Bonded Logistics Centre
In order to speed up the development of Mafang Logistics Park, Beijing government has endorsed the set up of a Type B Bonded Logistics Centre in Pinggu, and rendered its support of Beijing JingJin Port International Logistics Co. Ltd. to apply to the Customs for its operation. The Type B Bonded Logistics Centre features a comprehensive range of services including bonded warehousing, international logistics distribution, processing trade and value-added services, import, export and re-export trade, port function and logistics information processing and enquiry services, etc. The establishment of Type B Bonded Logistics Centre will enhance the functions and competitive edge of Mafang Logistics Park.

Tradelink Provides Advanced IT Infrastructure to Support the Logistics Park Operations
To enhance the operation efficiency of the Park, Tradelink will develop an IT infrastructure for use in the Park. The IT system will provide functions including bonded warehouse management and container yard management with auxiliary support functions such as import / export port cargoes track and trace system in meeting the operation and information requirements of the Park. Tradelink will also incorporate the Digital Trade and Transportation Network ("DTTN") functions in this Mafang Logistics Park IT platform, enhancing the core competitiveness of the Logistics Park and facilitating the exchange of electronic documents between the customers and their business partners; and as a result boosting the awareness and usage of DTTN in the Mainland.

The development of Mafang Logistics Park infrastructure has been completed. It is planned that the Customs and CIQ authorities will move in the Part to start operation by end of 2009. Leverage on this strategic investment in Pinggu as the "waterless port" connecting Beijing and the Tianjin Port, Tradelink will introduce its quality e-commerce solutions to a massive customer base in the Mainland enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the industry, as well as promoting local e-commerce development.
