Keeping Your Software Up-to-date
Tradelink provides its customers with regular
upgrades for their software to take account of changes in Government
procedures or to provide general service enhancements. In order
to provide a fast and simple way for you to keep your software
updated, the relevant upgrade patches are delivered automatically
to your electronic mailboxes by using the "Smart Upgrade"
process. If the file sizes of the upgrade patches are too large,
you will receive the upgrade patches in diskette (or CD-ROM).
It is important that you should keep your software
updated as the upgrade patches include changes or additions to
code tables. The upgrade patches may also contain the latest enhancement
features that can facilitate your workflow. To keep your business
operations smooth and uninterrupted when submitting Government
transactions, please check your mailbox regularly and install
the upgrade patches sent to you as soon as possible.
