China On-Site Support Service
Professional Technical Support to Mainland Customers
Tradelink's China On-Site Support Service provides
on-site problem fixing and maintenance services to Tradelink customers
situated in the Guangdong Province and Pearl River Delta areas.
Our experienced engineers will provide professional technical
support services to help customers to solve or prevent technical
problems.
We offer two types of on-site
support services:
1. On-Site Trouble Shooting Service
Scope of service:

To trouble shoot ValuNet Deluxe software
problems related to creating, amending, sending and receiving
messages.

To check and fix printing issues related
to ValuNet Deluxe software.

To back up, archive and restore data from
ValuNet Deluxe software.

To re-install ValuNet Deluxe software.
-
To check customers' connection problems
to the Internet (client's internal network configuration problems
such as firewall, proxy or ISP problems not included).
Standard service charge:
- For location at Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Panyu: HK$700 each
time
- For other locations within the Guangdong Province but outside
Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Panyu: HK$1,000 each time
2. Preventive System Maintenance Service
Scope of service:

To install the ValuNet Deluxe software
on customers' server or workstations.

To provide service on database performance
tuning, data integrity check, data back-up, archive or data
restoration on ValuNet Deluxe.

To check on the stability of the message
transmission flow, virus scanning and firewall settings for
using ValuNet Deluxe.

To upgrade customers' ValuNet Deluxe software
to the latest version.
Standard service charge:
- For location at Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Panyu: HK$900 each
time
- For other locations within the Guangdong Province but outside
Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Panyu: HK$1,200 each time
