Tradelink’s Email Alert Service assists our customers to handle import and export trade declarations more conveniently.

Once customers subscribe to the service and provide us with an Internet email address, Tradelink will send notification messages to the designated email address when there are any application errors or Government queries. Customers can check for the notification messages wherever and whenever they connect to the Internet. The service will help customers avoid penalty caused by delays in correcting errors or addressing government queries after the submission of trade declarations. Customers can select to receive the Email Alert message in English, Traditional Chinese, or Simplified Chinese.
