Introducing a brand new interface for
Tradelink Import/Export Trade Declaration Webform

Tradelink has been making progressive improvements on its products and services over the years, thanks to customers’ continuous support and useful feedbacks from time to time. Today, we are proud to announce the launch of a brand new interface for Tradelink’s “Import/Export Trade Declaration Webform”, which is the combined product of our technological expertise and customers’ suggestions. With the new interface of the “Import/ Export Trade Declaration Webform”, customers can now handle their trade declarations with added easiness and convenience, plus savings of resources and manpower.

• User-friendly, customized interface with added functionality;
• Users can input goods and shipment data in the same window;
• Enhanced trade declaration transactions search function;
• Submission of multiple transactions at one time;
• Printing of the trade declaration form within an A4-sized paper to save resources;
• New “Trade Declaration Notice” function to remind traders to make declaration for their goods;

Brand new interface , brand new experience

The “Import/ Export Trade Declaration Webform” interface is being offered to Tradelink customers by phases, commencing from April 2005.

A training CD-ROM is available for the learning of the customers to become familiarized of the new interface. Training classes will also be organized for customers on request.
