Tradelink Service Centre network is designed to help non-computerised
traders, or those who use Government transactions infrequently.
The Service Centres will accept submissions in paper format, then
convert them to electronic messages and forward them to Government
electronically.
The Tradelink Service Centre network covers multiple
locations in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories and is
operated in conjunction with some of Hong Kong's leading trade
associations, banks and post offices. The following services are
