 The
Tradelink Service Centre network is designed to help non-computerised
traders, or those who use Government transactions infrequently.
The Service Centres will accept submissions in paper format, then
convert them to electronic messages and forward them to Government
electronically.
The Tradelink Service Centre network covers multiple locations
in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories and is operated
in conjunction with some of Hong Kong's leading trade associations
and banks. The following services are offered:
- Import & Export Declarations - service available at
all centres.
- Production Notification - service available at certain
Service Centres, as shown in the directory.
- Certificate of Origin - service available at certain
Service Centres, as shown in the directory.
- Dutiable Commodities Permit Application - service available
at certain Service Centres, as shown in the directory.
- Electronic Cargo Manifest - service available at certain
Service Centres, as shown in the directory.
