34 Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited Interim Report 2022 Other Information 其他資料 Interim Dividend The Board has resolved to declare an interim dividend of HK 1.83 cents per share (2021: HK 2.8 cents per share) for the six months ended 30 June 2022 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 26 September 2022. Dividend will be paid to shareholders on or around 7 October 2022. The interim dividend payout ratio is about 100% of the Group’s profit for the period. Purchase, Sale or Redemption of the Company’s Listed Securities During the six months ended 30 June 2022, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries purchased, sold or redeemed any of its listed securities. Closure of Register of Members The register of members will be closed from Monday, 26 September 2022 to Wednesday, 28 September 2022, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares will be registered. In order to qualify for the interim dividend, all duly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Shops 1712–1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 23 September 2022.
