Tradelink named as Notable Vendor in Gartner's Asia/Pacific Context: 2021 Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems for three consecutive years

For the third consecutive year, Tradelink has earned recognition as a Notable Vendor in Gartner's Asia/Pacific Context: 2021 Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems.

According to Gartner, Tradelink has Digital Warehousing Solution customers with very complex and large-scale warehouse environments (Levels 3 to 5), and approximately 10% of them have warehouses automated. Tradelink also offers a template for a simple Level 1 warehouse to support a basic store environment.

With both on-premises and cloud deployments, Tradelink's Digital Warehousing Solution is mobile-friendly and its notable features include X-SSS, which uses real-time analysis for the best SKU/station/store combination mapping for formulating the cross-dock strategy, an essential feature in fast-moving multilevel dock environments. Tradelink partners with Hikvision to support its customers in more automated environments where Tradelink acts as the lead vendor for design, build and implementation.

"We are proud to receive continued recognitions from Gartner. It validates the versatility and adaptability of our digital warehousing solutions in addressing different business and operational needs," said Emily Chung, Executive Director and Chief Operations officer of Tradelink, "With a mission to empower our clients with business enabled solutions, we are committed to providing practical solutions helping our clients to cope with modern-day challenges as further aggravated by the pandemic in warehouse management such as manpower shortage and workflow digitization."

With solid case references including the ambient warehouse automation megaproject we delivered to a leading supermarket chain, we have extended the applications of our solutions beyond familiar industries like logistics and retail and made our entrance into other industries. We have developed versatile digital warehousing solutions supporting more diverse and sophisticated warehouse environments such as recycling/storage of electronic and chemical waste, multi-storey cold chain storage, etc.

Moving forward, apart from extending our tailor-made warehouse solutions to different industries, we are also working on developing standardized Software-as-a-service (SaaS) products of our solutions for use by SMEs, which would be another target market for our business growth in the coming years.
