  • The client is a long-term partner of Tradelink as they have already been using our warehouse management system for its inventory management

  • Due to the increased delivery volume from its fast-growing online and retail businesses, the client's warehouse and delivery teams had to spend tedious efforts in confirming delivery address with its customers
  • Human errors from paper delivery note can lead to missed deliveries and extra cost for re-delivery

Solutions

  • Tradelink provided an eAddress System to the client to enhance its eShop and POS delivery function
  • Based on user input, the client's eShop can communicate with the eAddress system to obtain a more reliable delivery address automatically
  • Geocoder function is integrated into the client's POS system providing auto validation of address and more reliable zone/region data for delivery information updates
