Termination on 1 January 2024 |

| Thank you for using Tradelink Freight Quotation Service ("FQS"). Please be informed that after careful evaluation of the market conditions, Tradelink will cease to operate FQS with effect from 1 January 2024. |

| Please back up your data and other useful information submitted on the FQS platform as necessary latest on 31 December 2023 as after that date, you can no longer access FQS on the Tradelink eBiz portal. Under the terms and conditions of the service, Tradelink has the right to permanently delete all your data after service termination. |
