Empowering SMEs through AI-Driven T+ Platform
The Group officially launched its Artificial Intelligence (“AI”)-empowered digital trade services platform, T+, in May 2026. This strategic initiative represents a major step forward in
strengthening engagement with our client base and reinforcing our role as a trusted provider of value-added digital trade services, particularly for small and medium enterprises in Hong Kong.
T+ is designed as a comprehensive digital trade ecosystem that leverages AI to streamline trade declaration preparation, enhance compliance through intelligent HS Code classification, and accelerate access to trade finance
solutions via our financial partners. Beyond operational efficiency, T+ fosters a secure and trusted business network, integrating robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard enterprises as they expand globally.
Since its launch, T+ has attracted encouraging interest from both end-users and business partners. We expect new revenue streams generated by the platform to begin materialising in the second half of 2026, marking an important
milestone in the Group’s long-term growth trajectory.

Driving Sustainable Growth with Trusted Digital Identity Solutions
Tradelink’s digital certificate solutions continue to gain strong traction in both the public and commercial markets. On the public sector side, the multi-year Government contract secured
in June 2025 for the design, implementation and issuance of a new type of digital certificate has already begun to contribute positively to the Group’s business. During the reporting period, the Government further awarded us
another four-year contract related to digital certificates, reinforcing our pipeline of public sector opportunities.
On the commercial side, close to ten new customers were onboarded in the first half of 2026 following the endorsement from a leading financial regulator in Hong Kong for remote account opening. We provide local customers with iAM
Smart+, and overseas customers with iD-One (ID-Cert Class 12), offering secure remote identity verification solutions for non-face-to-face account opening that are fully compliant with Hong Kong’s established digital transaction
laws. This strong uptake underscores market confidence in our secure digital onboarding capabilities.
We are further strengthening our position as a trusted digital identity provider in Hong Kong, serving not only the local population but also welcoming individuals and business entities worldwide to conduct legally binding digital
transactions remotely. This development highlights our strategy of combining regulatory trust with technological innovation to deliver sustainable growth for the Group.

Innovating Against Emerging Digital Threats
Tradelink has stepped up its innovation efforts to tackle the rapidly evolving fraud landscape. We are advancing our deepfake detection technology, and in the first half of 2026, several
potential customers began evaluating the solution. We expect some of these trials to progress into commercial agreements later this year, reflecting rising demand for stronger identity protection.
Our research and development focus has shifted toward harnessing AI to defend against AI-driven risks in digital onboarding and user authentication. With threats such as deepfake identity fraud and mobile vulnerabilities becoming
more prevalent, these initiatives demonstrate our proactive approach to safeguarding enterprises while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Looking ahead, we will continue to collaborate closely with regulators and broaden market outreach, positioning our solutions at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation and reinforcing our role as a trusted partner in digital
identity management.
