Tradelink offers hands-on training courses on the operations of its GETS and other trade compliance services. You will be guided through the whole process from document preparation to submission, as well as important issues like how to handle government inquiries, prepare amendments, etc.
In addition to instructor’s explanations, you also have the chance to try out the user interfaces of our services for yourself. Our experienced instructors will share with you the industry’s best practices and walk you through some frequently asked questions.

Courses We Offer
We provide regular courses that are taught in Cantonese and held at our training centre. We can also arrange training conducted in English/ Putonghua or onsite training at customer’s premises upon request. Each course takes around 2 hours.
Certificates will be issued to those who have successfully completed the training courses.

FAQs
How to settle the training course payment?
For Tradelink customers, the payment can be settled by training coupon issued by Tradelink, direct debit from your company billing account, credit card or Faster Payment System (FPS). For non-Tradelink customers, the payment can be settled by credit card or FPS.
What can I do if I want to reschedule an enrolled course or cancel my enrolment?
Course fees are not refundable once you have enrolled in the course and received our confirmation. If you are unable to attend an enrolled course and want to reschedule it to another date or transfer your place to another person, you are required to do it at least 1 working day prior to commencement of the class via online/written notice to Tradelink.
If the course is cancelled by Tradelink for whatever reasons, course fees will be refunded.
What happen if on the day of training, tropical cyclone or black rainstorm warning is issued?
Tropical Cyclone Warning
- When Warning Signal No 1 or 3 is hoisted, classes will be held as scheduled.
- When Warning Signal No 8 is likely to be hoisted within the next two hours as announced by the Hong Kong Observatory, all classes on that day will be cancelled.
- When Warning Signal No 8 or above is hoisted, classes will be rescheduled. Even if the warning signal is subsequently lowered, all classes on that day will still be cancelled. The rescheduled date will be advised later.
Black rainstorm warning
When a black rainstorm warning is issued before the commencement of classes, classes will be rescheduled. Even if the black rainstorm warning is subsequently cancelled, all classes on that day will still be cancelled.
When a black rainstorm warning is issued during classes, the classes will continue, but instructors and attendees will be advised to stay inside the classroom for their own safety while the warning is still current.
