As one of business units of listed company in Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code 0536) since 2005, Identity Management Department (IDM) provides digital identity solution, financial technology, or fintech, which is driving innovation in financial services in local market and changing the nature of commerce and end-user expectations for financial services in Hong Kong.

In light of the rapid technological advancement, IDM have experienced a fast growing over a period of time and becoming one of close partners of regulators in Hong Kong.

We are expanding our unit for our fast-growing businesses with public sectors and main players in financial market. Now, we look for a Manager, Sales to join us for the fast-growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a high-performing pipeline: target setting, qualification, discovery, solution shaping, proposal orchestration, negotiation support, and close.
  • Translate market and customer insights into commercial strategy, including sector prioritisation, competitive positioning, and account planning.
  • Partner with internal functions (Project Management, Presales/Technical, Product, Engineering, Delivery) to ensure proposals align with delivery capability and customer outcomes.
  • Prepare proposal and commercial governance, including pricing input, contracting approaches, and risk/assumption alignment.
  • Support GTM execution and forecasting, with clear reporting on pipeline coverage, deal stages, win rates, forecast accuracy, and revenue targets.
  • Represent Tradelink at key industry forums, client briefings, and partnership discussions to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
Job Specifications:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Strategic Partnerships within enterprise IT – financial services and regulated industries preferred. Less experience can be considered for an Assistant Manager-level role, depending on proven track record and fit.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex, multi-stakeholder, technology-driven solutions (e.g., Digital Identity, KYC/e-KYC, authentication/FIDO, identity verification, digital signing, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven platforms).
  • Strong capability in the full sales cycle, including executive discovery, solution proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Proven experience working with senior decision-makers and influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, IT, Security, Operations).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to confidently lead complex deal discussions. Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and/or experience in AI-native development environments is a plus.

Business Development

Reporting to the Manager, Business Exploration, the Business Analyst supports Tradelink’s business exploration initiatives by conducting research, preparing analyses, and assisting in the evaluation of new opportunities. This role provides critical insights and operational support to strengthen market positioning and business development objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Research & Analysis
    • Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Collect and analyze data to support opportunity evaluation and strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare concise reports and presentations summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.
  2. Opportunity Support
    • Assist in identifying potential markets, partnerships, and innovative solutions aligned with Tradelink’s objectives.
    • Contribute to feasibility studies and risk assessments under guidance from senior staff.
    • Support the preparation of business cases and proposals.
  3. Project & Initiative Assistance
    • Provide operational support in planning and executing exploratory initiatives and pilot projects.

  4. Internal & External Coordination
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align exploration activities.

Job Specification:
  • Tertiary education in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in business development, market research, or strategic analysis preferred.
  • Solid understanding of basic market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good language proficiency in English and Chinese; strong presentation and writing skills are an advantage.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Call Centres, the CSE shall provide professional and high quality service on:

To handle customers’ telephone/email enquiries on products, services and problem solving through inbound telephone calls. To ensure the customers’ needs are met in a timely fashion to achieve customer satisfaction.

As part of the Customer Service Department, this position will provide customers’ feedback on service improvements to make Tradelink’s products and services more accessible and user-friendly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and high quality service in handling customers’ enquiries and provide timely response to customers in solving problems.
  • Escalate issues immediately when the problems require more in-depth information or assistance.
